What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with better service, including purchase of products, internal record keeping, and promotional emails. We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests. We will never sell or give your information to anybody!
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Design and Images
All designs, images, photos for our products are owned by RAMA WORLD, Inc. This includes all custom designed products. Any fee paid for custom designs is for the development of that design and not for ownership of that design.
If you request us to provide you with artwork or a product sample and you do NOT place the order you are responsible for the cost of the artwork and or digitizing for the sample.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
RAMA WORLD, Inc may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from Jan 1, 2017.
Order Information and Return Policy
These are handmade products so there can be slight differences from the design layout and production. All of our products are made to order. Once an order is placed our work begins. Designing your custom product, creating art work, and making sure we get it right before we start production. For this reason we do not offer a full refund once an order is placed. If an order is canceled for any reason before we start production we will refund 65% of the purchase price plus shipping. Once production has started we do not offer a refund for any reason and all sales will be final. If you have questions about what your finished product will look like please ask prior to ordering or approving artwork.
We always work with our customers and we will make sure you are happy with your design and purchase.
We ship within two to three weeks after you approve the artwork. Since our products are made in house for a small rush fee we can expedite your order when needed.
We ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
