BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE PROCESS

SUBLIMATION DYE PRINTING
For all 100% easy-care Polyester machine washable, drip and machine dryable fabrics, RAMA WORLD has the unique capabilities of sublimation dye printing using a method of large textile printing companies but making the process applicable to smaller quantity orders. This method gives a top quality and soft hand fabric scarf that is durable.

PIGMENT PRINTING
Sublimation dyes are not applicable to cottons or poly-cotton fabrics. The second method of placing a design into a textile is a pigment printing screen process. Pigmented inks are screened directly into the surface of the scarf fabrics and are then bonded into the textile by a thermal bonding process. RAMA WORLD uses a water based ink that is environmentally approved. We do not use plastisol or solvent based inks such as are commonly used for T-shirt printing.
